Once you’ve had a viewing and made a firm decision to go ahead, please email us a request to book and let us know whether you’re having a church wedding or Civil Ceremony. We’ll set you up your invoice on our online invoicing system and email you a link.
If you are having a Civil Ceremony, you’ll need to check with the Registrar that they can do the date.

Once happy, you can download the Booking Forms from the online invoice.
Confirming the Booking
Please confirm that you have received the link to our online system and are able to access it to check your details, and if you are having a Civil Ceremony, that you have booked the Registrar.
Before the end of the 7-day Provisional Booking period, please complete the online Booking Form which will be emailed to you. Then arrange a bank transfer (using your booking reference) for half the Hire Fee plus half the £180 Ceremony Fee if applicable. You can find the details under the ‘Payments’ section of your online invoice.
The Booking is formally confirmed when your payment has cleared and your Booking Forms have been signed. Your online invoice will be updated to receipt your deposit.
